PAYMENT ACCEPTED
www.gravitypope.com accepts Visa, Master Card, PayPal payments, and credit vouchers. You can pay via the gravitypope web store directly or make payment via PayPal if you are having difficulties with our secure checkout. International orders are to be completed via PayPal.


ORDER PROCESSING & INVENTORY
When ordering from www.gravitypope.com:
1. Select a style icon
2. Select a size from the drop down menu and add it to your bag
3. Click "view bag"
4. Select shipping destination.
*Add any relevant information in the Additional Comments field.
5. Proceed to secure checkout.
6. Enter your contact information and shipping details.
7. Agree to return policy
8. Make payment via the gravitypope online terminal or PayPal.

Orders are processed within 48 business hours and in the order that they are received. We will contact you after we have confirmed that product ordered is available.

The size you selected may not be available for sale. We verify the availability of the request and reply accordingly. If we can fill a portion of your order we will contact you prior to shipping with the details of your order. 

We will use the size requested as your most common size worn. If you have any additional information about your foot shape or sizes worn, please use the comments box to provide us with this information.

www.gravitypope.com orders placed on Friday afternoon or the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Order confirmation can be delayed if we require more information for security clearance or if there are concerns regarding fit or quality.

The gravitypope website and the gravitypope store front locations share inventory. Please direct inquiries regarding online inventory to mailorder@gravitypope.com.

SHIPPING
www.gravitypope.com ships worldwide via Canada Post. www.gravitypope.com offers free shipping on orders across North America on orders of $300 CAD or more containing sale and regular priced items (before tax) AND free shipping on International orders over $500 (duties and taxes of the destinaltion country are not covered). Overnight service is not available.

gravitypope will only ship to the name and billing address indicated on the order form submitted or a PayPal confirmed address.

gravitypope consolidates items of an order before shipment. This process requires additional time to complete and is not included within Canada Post's estimated delivery time frame. If there is a concern regarding the time frame needed to complete your order before your parcel is shipped, please acknowledge this in the 'additional comments' field of your initial request/order.

Merchandise is available in our storefront locations and is available for other clients to try on. If you have a particular concern regarding the condition of the items please acknowledge this in the ‘additional comments’ field of your initial request.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Gravitypope web returns must be returned to the gravitypope web department and cannot be returned in-store.

Regular priced product purchased online at www.gravitypope.com which is unworn, unaltered, in the original box, and with all tags attached may be returned for a full refund or store credit. Discounted merchandise, swimwear, undergarments, fragrances, candles, cosmetics and apothecary are final sale and cannot be returned. All shipping charges are non-refundable.


RETURN FOR REFUND
Returns for refund of regular price merchandise must be requested within 3 days of receipt of order.

An RA (return authorization) number will be issued and must be included on the outside of the returned package. In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be received at the gravitypope web department no later than 10 days after the RA number is issued. www.gravitypope.com will under no circumstance provide a refund for regular priced product that is not in perfect condition, has not been requested within 3 days of receipt of order, and is not received at the gravitypope web department within 10 days. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.


RETURN FOR CREDIT VOUCHER
Returns for gravitypope credit voucher for regular price merchandise must be requested within 14 days of receipt of order.

A gravitypope RA (return authorization) number will be issued and must be included on the outside of the returned package. In order to receive a credit voucher, merchandise must be received at the gravitypope web department no later than 10 days after the RA number is issued. www.gravitypope.com will under no circumstance provide a credit voucher for regular priced product that is not in perfect condition, has not been requested within 14 days of receipt of order, and is not received at the gravitypope web department within 10 days. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.


RETURN FOR SIZE EXCHANGE
If you would like to return your item for a new style or different size, please email your request to returns@gravitypope.com. If the item is available, it will put on hold for you while we wait for your return item to arrive.
