The gravitypope Web Department is open Monday through Friday 9 to 5pm Mountain Standard Time (GMT -7:00). We are not open weekends or on Canadian statutory holidays. Orders are processed within 48 hours and in the order that they are received. We will contact you AFTER we have confirmed that the product you ordered is available. The size you selected may not be available for sale. We verify the availability of every request we receive and reply accordingly. Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Orders can be delayed if we require more information for security clearance or if there are concerns regarding fit or quality. The gravitypope web department has access to all of our inventory locations so you do not need to contact our retail locations in order to locate an item. Please direct querries regarding the availablity of an item to mailorder@gravitypope.com.

EFFECTIVE JULY 19, 2010: Gravitypope will only ship to the name and billing address indicated on the order form submitted OR a PayPal confirmed shipping address.

We will use the size you requested as your most common size worn. PLEASE include any additional information about your foot shape or size worn in the additional comments field during the check out process. Online orders are filled from our storefront locations and are available for other customers to try on. If you have a particular concern regarding the condition of the items in your PLEASE acknowledge this in the ‘additional comments’ field of your initial request as well.

We consolidate all items on an order before shipment of your order. This process requires additional time to complete and is not included within Canada Post’s estimated delivery timeframe. If there is concern regarding the timeframe needed to complete your order before we ship your parcel, PLEASE acknowledge this in the ‘additional comments’ field of your initial request.
