Regular priced product purchased online at www.gravitypope.com which is unworn, unaltered, in the original box, and with all tags attached may be returned for a full refund or store credit. Discounted merchandise, swimwear, undergarments, fragrances, candles, cosmetics and apothecary are final sale and cannot be returned. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gravitypope web returns must be returned to the gravitypope web department and cannot be returned in-store.

RETURN FOR REFUND
Returns for refund of regular price merchandise must be requested within 3 days of receipt of order.

An RA (return authorization) number will be issued and must be included on the outside of the returned package. In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be received at the gravitypope web department no later than 10 days after the RA number is issued. www.gravitypope.com will under no circumstance provide a refund for regular priced product that is not in perfect condition, has not been requested within 3 days of receipt of order, and is not received at the gravitypope web department within 10 days. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.


RETURN FOR CREDIT VOUCHER
Returns for gravitypope credit voucher for regular price merchandise must be requested within 14 days of receipt of order.

A gravitypope RA (return authorization) number will be issued and must be included on the outside of the returned package. In order to receive a credit voucher, merchandise must be received at the gravitypope web department no later than 10 days after the RA number is issued. www.gravitypope.com will under no circumstance provide a credit voucher for regular priced product that is not in perfect condition, has not been requested within 14 days of receipt of order, and is not received at the gravitypope web department within 10 days. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.


RETURN FOR SIZE EXCHANGE
If you would like to return your item for a new style or different size, please email your request to returns@gravitypope.com wihtin 14 days or receipt of your order. If the item is available, it will be put on hold for you while we wait for your return item to arrive.

In order to receive a new item, gravitypope must receive the original purchase item; merchandise must be received at the gravitypope web department no later than 10 days after the RA number is issued. www.gravitypope.com will under no circumstance exchange, or provide a credit voucher for regular priced product that is not in perfect condition, has not been requested within 14 days of receipt of order, and is not received at the gravitypope web department within 10 days. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

How to request a gravitypope.com refund:
1. Within 3 days of receipt of order, email returns@gravitypope.com with exchange, refund or credit voucher request for your regular price merchandise. Include your order ID, return item inventory ID, and reason for return.
2. Once the order is approved for return by www.gravitypope.com, an RA number will be issued along with instructions to return the order.
3. Wrap the parcel, write the RA number and “Canadian Goods Return” on the outside of the package, and return to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns should be sent by your domestic mail service (Canadian residents use Canada Post and US residents use US Post). All return parcels must be fully insured with a tracking number. Do not return parcels C.O.D. or via a courier service (i.e. FedEx, UPS etc.). For U.S. and International returns, mark the parcel as "Canadian Goods Return" on customs forms. Duties charged to gravitypope.com as a result of mislabelling or marking as "gift" will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.

4. Email the tracking number to returns@gravitypope.com .
5. Once the product has been received and assessed www.gravitypope.com will process the exchange, refund or credit voucher within 3 business days. You will be notified by email once the gravitypope web department has initiated the refund or issued the credit voucher. Refunds will be issued to the credit card associated to original transaction ID. PayPal transactions will be refunded to the original PayPal transaction ID.

Credit card returns can take up to one week to appear on billing statement. Please contact your credit card issuer should you require refund information.

www.gravitypope.com reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above policy. www.gravitypope.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of parcels without proof of delivery to gravitypope web department.
