		F/T Web Sales Associate; Edmonton Web Sales Associate Job Description Gravitypope.com is currently looking for a full time Web Sales Associate at our Head Office location. A flexible schedule can be arranged with 40 hours per week. Compensation for the position is negotiable. Gravitypope offers competitive salaries and benefits. The Web Sales Associate is one of the first points of contact for customer inquiries which includes: new orders, emails, returns, exchanges and general product information. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Retail experience is an asset, but a passion for fashion and a commitment to customer service is a must. In addition to your exceptional customer service, you must have basic computer, email, word processing, and internet navigation skills. Have an understanding of online ordering and online payment methods (i.e. PayPal, Moneris Merchant Service applications, etc.). Knowledge of cash register functions is beneficial. We are looking for a self-starter with initiative to excel and progress within the company. Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a high sense of urgency. Logical thinker, well organized and detail oriented. Ability to multitask and have a high awareness of detail. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Enjoy and excel at working in a very busy and demanding environment. Must be self-directed and competent working independently, but also want to be part of a tight-knit team. Able to accurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, polite and professional. Sets high standards of performance for oneself. Displays a positive attitude. Upholds a high level of integrity. Actively apply feedback received on day-to-day work and strive to constantly improve performance.
