MAG came to life in 1995 as a new brand of UFA. Ambitious and wanting to do something completely new, they started making a radical breed of shoes—shoes that made a real difference for walking, but also looked right. MAG combined a unique sole with the oldest type of footwear known to mankind, the hand-stitched moccasin, to come up with the first MAG, the Megamok, and set out to tell the world its story. MAG did not fit in with any fashion trend at the time but made its first step towards a new generation of comfort shoes that were to gain popularity three years later. |
