TO & CO. was founded in 1999 by two Japanese co-founders, Hitoshi Hamada (based in Paris) and Masahiro Wakabayashi (who had studied shoe making in England). In 2001, TO & CO. launched ladies shoes. In 2003, TO & CO. started the casual line "TO & CO. Assemble". |
