The ubiquitous Blundstone boot company was established in 1870 in Tasmania, Australia by two families of experienced shoe manufacturers.
In 1979, Blundstone became the first Australian footwear manufacturer to receive a Design Award from the Industrial Design Council of Australia. In 1989, they commenced the manufacturing of waterproof injection moulded gumboots, which are still produced in Australia today.
Blundstones offer customers a highly practical pair of boots that can be worn by men, women and children at all times of the year.
