Punto Pigro is a casual luxury brand entirely manufactured in Italy. Punto Pigro brings a modern touch to the footwear traditions and knowledge of the Secchiari Family, shoe artisans since 1975. Punto Pigro was created in the year 2000 with a product, identified today, as Punto Pigro Origin. The company's logo was inspired by the particular and distinguishing stitching on its products
Why did you start designing?
My Grandfather created the shoe factory in 1975 in Montegranaro, where I grew up, so living with shoes was a natural process.
What is your favourite part of the design process?
When the design becomes a prototype, seeing the new product made is a satisfaction that fills my heart every time.

How do you define quality?
For me, quality is commitment, attention to creation, manual ability and choice of materials, but above all meeting the needs of the consumer.
What’s special about the production of your brand?
Special seams/stitching, manual process like San Crispino Handmade, tradition and research on natural materials are the characteristics of Punto Pigro Brand.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I like basketball and reading, I love to travel, I like to discover the traditions and cultures of the populations, my suitcase is always ready, with a pair of Punto Pigro inside of course.
