Orders are processed in the order they are received. We will contact you once availability is confirmed. Order confirmation may be delayed if further information is required such as clarification on fit.

During busy times, some items may not be available due to multiple orders being placed within a short time frame. Occasionally some items are unavailable due to variances in our large inventory. In the event that part of your order is unavailable, we will confirm and ship all available items.

gravitypope.com shares inventory with our storefront locations and items may have been previously tried on. Any concerns regarding shop wear or condition of product will be communicated to client prior to processing order.

 

Payments Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Sezzle, and gravitypope Store Credit. We do not accept payment information over the phone or through email. All payments are transferred through SLL certified connections. We do not save any client payment information.

gravitypope.com operates in Canadian Dollars and is not responsible for currency exchange rates. Please ask your card provider to clarify how foreign currency exchange rates apply to purchases made outside of your county of residence.

Credit notes and gift cards issued in a gravitypope store are not linked to our website and will not work at checkout. Email mailorder@gravitypope.com to make arrangements for use of these tenders.

 

Ordering Process

  1. Select a product on gravitypope.com and choose your size from the available sizes listed then click "Add to cart".
  2. To proceed to payment, select "Bag".
  3. Add relevant information in the “Special Instructions” field
  4. Proceed to secure checkout
  5. Enter customer contact information.
  6. If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply"
  7. Click "Continue to shipping" and select between in-store pick up, or ship via Canada Post an click "Continue to payment".
  8. Select your payment option and enter your payment information.
  9. Review your order and click "Pay now" to submit your order.

To ensure the right fit, include additional fit requirements within the "Additional comments" field during checkout process.

We accept changes to orders up until they have been prepared for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If the package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Product sold on gravitypope.com is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
