Reintroducing: G.H.BASS' famous Weejuns® loafers

Fancy British sportsmen used to go to Norway to fish and noticed these locally crafted slip-ons gaining popularity in Norway, and then eventually Palm Beach. Weejuns®, the name, stems from this idea, and G.H.BASS was the first American manufacturer to construct leather loafers inspired by the fashionable footwear. Because of the versatile and adaptable nature of the Weejuns®' design, the shoe has found itself at home in the closets of many varied subcultures and stylish artistic movements since its inception including 50s Hollywood, 60s Ivy Style, the Rude Boys in the 70s, and 80s prep. Today, the style icon of Weejuns® remains, and an incredible resurgence has begun.
