Holiday Gift Return Policy
Refunds are not offered for gifted items. We will gladly exchange or issue store credit on regular price gifted, unworn merchandise with original tags and packaging until January 15, 2025. Note we do not process returns in-store on boxing day. To arrange a return, email a request with your order number to mailorder@gravitypope.com
Regular Return Policy
You have up to 7 days from delivery to make a return on eligible goods for a refund.
You have up to 14 days from delivery to make a return on eligible goods for a store credit.
Swimwear, undergarments, socks, fragrances, candles, gift cards, and apothecary are final sale. Items discounted 25% or more off the original selling price are final sale.
Returned product must be in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and in original box with all tags attached. For exchanges, please note brand, style name/number and size required.
Returns can be made in-store or via mail.
To make a return in-store have your order confirmation email on hand so the sales associate can locate your order details.
To initiate a return via mail, email returns@gravitypope.com with your order number and items to return. Shipping and duties are non-refundable and return shipping charges are incurred by the client. Damaged and/or improperly packaged returns will be charged a restocking fee. Please allow 3 business days for your mailed return to be processed and a refund issued.
Price Adjustment Policy
Provided the exact style and size is available in our current inventory, we will honor a one-time price adjustment on regular priced goods within 7 days of receiving your online order or your instore pickup notification. These price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.
We do not offer price adjustments on product that is marked down.
Email mailorder@gravitypope.com along with your original order number to request a price adjustment.
Price Match Policy
We will price match with other authorized online retailers that deliver to Canada if the exact same style, size, colour and material are in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made. The competitor's final checkout price, including shipping (if international-including taxes and duty), must be lower than the final gravitypope checkout price.

Return Flexibility
We offer a flexible return policy and will do our best to assist clients, so they enjoy and wear their purchases from gravitypope. We monitor return requests made and if we feel there has been abuse of our policies, we reserve the right to refuse a return or service.
