gravitypope.com shares inventory with our Drop Shipping Partner and availability needs to be confirmed with the Drop Shipping Partner before we can confirm your order. We will contact you once availability is confirmed. Your order will be cancelled and the payment authorization will be voided if the item you ordered is not available from the Drop Shipping Partner. In the event that part of your order is unavailable, we will confirm and ship all available items.

We cannot accept changes or modifications to orders that include Drop Ship products.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. We will contact you once availability is confirmed. Order confirmation may be delayed if further information is required such as clarification on fit.

Shipping

Drop Shipped product is sourced from our Drop Shipping Partner located in Canada and shipped via their shipping provider. Drop Shipped product can only be shipped within Canada and cannot be shipped to a PO box.

Shipments require a signature upon delivery. Shippers may leave a Delivery Notice Card for multifamily dwellings (i.e. apartments and condominiums). We do not ship to international forwarding companies.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for oversized items or large volume orders. These will be communicated to the client prior to processing payment.

Costs for shipping within Canada are:

$1 - $249.99 CAD = $12.00
$250.00 CAD and over = Free Shipping!

Return Policy

Drop Shipped product can only be returned via mail. In-store returns for Drop Shipped product is not available.

Items discounted 25% or more off the original selling price are final sale not eligible for refund.  Product must be in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and in original box with tags attached. Swimwear, undergarments, socks, fragrances, candles, gift cards, and apothecary are final sale.

You can make a return for refund on eligible items up to 7 days from time of delivery.

You can make a return for store credit on eligible items for up to 14 days from time of delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would prefer a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original ordered items.

Price Adjustment Policy

Provided the exact style and size is available in our current inventory, we will honor a one-time price adjustment on regular priced goods within 7 days of receiving your online order or your instore pickup notification. These price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.

We do not offer price adjustments on product that is marked down.

Price Match Policy

We will price match with other authorized online retailers that deliver to Canada for items listed at regular price on both websites, if the exact same style, size, colour and material are in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made. The competitor's final checkout price, including shipping (if international-including taxes and duty), must be lower than the final gravitypope checkout price. We do not offer price matches on promotional discounts.

Return Flexibility

We offer a flexible return policy and will do our best to assist clients, so they enjoy and wear their purchases from gravitypope. We monitor return requests made and if we feel there has been abuse of our policies, we reserve the right to refuse a return or service.
