Curbside Pick Up
Due to an increase in order volume during the COVID-19 Pandemic you may experience some delays. As an independent business, we appreciate your patronage immensely. To reduce shipping delays and encourage social distancing, we are now offering contactless Curbside Pick-Up while our stores are closed.
Follow these easy steps:
1. Place your order on gravitypope.com
2. Select the "Pick Up In-Store" option during checkout and select your pick-up location.
3. You will receive three (3) separate emails – an initial order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by a curbside confirmation when your order is being prepared, and a third when it is ready for pick-up at a gravitypope location.
4. Visit your gravitypope location on Wednesday, Friday or Saturday 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.
5. Once you arrive, text the number listed on your email to let us know you have arrived for Curbside Pick-Up along with your order number and the last 4 digits of your credit card. Have your order number and photo ID on-hand.
One of our associates will greet you from the closed door and ask for a photo ID. We ask you to stand two meters away from the door, or in the marked area. The employee will open the door and place your bag in a bin. Once the door is shut you may pick up your order. All orders are completed with gloves while following the best safety practices.
6. Once the product has been picked up, you will receive a successful order delivery email!
- Curbside pick-up is valid only at the store selected when an order is placed, along with a valid photo ID, credit card and order confirmation number.
- The name photo ID must match the name used on the order.
- Curbside pick up hours are between 11:00 am - 2:00 pm on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only.
- Pick up confirmation may be delayed due to inventory location. If your item(s) are not available in your city, they will be transferred to your pick-up location free of charge.
- Returns: Please be advised, item(s) may not be returned or exchanged in-store. You will be provided with a complimentary shipping label to return the item(s) for no additional charge. To arrange returns, email email@example.com.
- Product bought from the Online Outlet is final sale and cannot be returned.
