In-Store Pickup

Products are sourced from all gravitypope locations, and transfers can add up to 1 week to processing time. Online Outlet product is excluded from In-Store pickup. 

Follow these easy steps:
1. Place your order on gravitypope.com
2. Select the "Pickup In-Store" option during checkout and select your pickup location.
3. You will receive three (3) separate emails – an initial order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by a pickup confirmation when your order is being prepared, and a third when it is ready for pickup at a gravitypope location.
4. Visit your local gravitypope location during business hours.
5. Have your order number and photo ID on-hand, and one of our associates will bring your order out for you. 
6. Once the product has been picked up, you will receive a successful order delivery email!

Important Information

- Orders must be picked up by the original cardholder along with a valid photo ID, credit card, and order confirmation number.  - In store pickup is valid only at the store selected when an order is placed
- Pickup confirmation may be delayed due to inventory location. If your item(s) are not available in your city, they will be transferred to your pick-up location free of charge.

- Effective January 1, 2024, In-Store Pickup in Calgary is subject to the City of Calgary's Paper Bag Fee of $0.15
- Effective July 1, 2023, In-Store Pickup in Edmonton is subject to the City of Edmonton's Paper Bag Fee of $0.15.
- Effective January 1, 2023, In-Store Pickup in Vancouver is subject to the City of Vancouver's Paper Bag Fee of $0.25.
- Product bought from the Online Outlet is final sale and cannot be returned.
