DELIVERY SERVICE DISRUPTION
Due to adverse weather conditions including flooding, rockslides and mudslides in B.C., there are multiple road closures affecting transportation of mail and parcels across Canada. Customers may experience some delays in receiving items. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions regarding your order or delivery.
Products are sourced from all Gravitypope locations, and transfers can add up to 1 week to processing time.
Follow these easy steps:
1. Place your order on gravitypope.com
2. Select the "Pick Up In-Store" option during checkout and select your pickup location.
3. You will receive three (3) separate emails – an initial order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by a curbside confirmation when your order is being prepared, and a third when it is ready for pickup at a gravitypope location.
4. Visit your local gravitypope location during business hours.
5. Once you arrive, head into the store or call the number listed on your email to let us know you have arrived for In Store Pickup, along with your order number and the last 4 digits of your credit card. Have your order number and photo ID on-hand, and one of our associates will bring your order out for you.
6. Once the product has been picked up, you will receive a successful order delivery email!
- In store pickup is valid only at the store selected when an order is placed, along with a valid photo ID, credit card and order confirmation number.
- The name photo ID must match the name used on the order.
- Pick up confirmation may be delayed due to inventory location. If your item(s) are not available in your city, they will be transferred to your pick-up location free of charge.
- Product bought from the Online Outlet is final sale and cannot be returned.
