Cut from ‘typewriter’ cotton – a dense, Japanese-woven fabric selected for its soft, papery texture and the gentle rustling sound as it moves with the body – this season’s iteration of the View shirt is a playful revision of classic men’s styles. It has a generous, slightly boxy fit which stops short of being truly oversized. Its collar and cuffs have a soft construction, giving them a casual feel.
