Online Return Policy

Returns can be made in-store or via mail.

Items discounted 25% or more off the original selling price are final sale not eligible for refund or return.  Product must be in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and in original box with tags attached. Swimwear, undergarments, socks, fragrances, candles, gift cards, and apothecary are final sale.

You can make a return for refund on eligible items up to 7 days from time of delivery.

You can make a return for store credit on eligible items for up to 21 days from time of delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would prefer a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original ordered items.

To make a return in-store have your order confirmation email on hand so the sales associate can locate your order details.

You can initiate a return via your account orders page. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return via mail, email [email protected] with your order number and items to return. Shipping and duties are non-refundable and return shipping charges are incurred by the client.  Damaged and/or improperly packaged returns will be charged a restocking fee. Please allow 3 business days for your mailed return to be processed.

SHIPPING AND DUTY

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are incurred by the client.

Returns must be sent by domestic mail service (Canadian residents use Canada Post and US residents use US Post). Parcels cannot be returned C.O.D. or with a courier service (i.e. FedEx, UPS etc.).

Clients must fully insure return parcel and provide a Postal Service tracking number.

For U.S. and International returns, mark the parcel as "Canadian Goods Return" on customs forms. Duties incurred by gravitypope as a result of mislabeling or marking as "gift" will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

gravitypope will not refund international duties and taxes.

gravitypope will not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of parcels without proof of delivery to gravitypope Web Department (address listed above).

gravitypope reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with policy.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.

We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days from order date. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be provided in the form of a gravitypope store credit only.

The exact size, style and color must be available for purchase when request is made.

PRICE MATCH

We will price match with other authorized Canadian online retailers if the exact same season, style, size, colour and material are in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made. The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price. The final checkout price, including shipping (if international-including taxes and duty), must be lower than the final gravitypope checkout price.

ORDER CHANGE

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
