Watched or read anything recently that you’d recommend?
Recently I saw Mysterious Skin (Gregg Araki 2004) at the metro theatre. It's a pretty heavy movie in terms of themes and visuals, I loved it. It's an extremely important film and one of Joseph Gordon Levitt's best performances and one of Gregg Arakis best work. 11/10
What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
Either The 1975's 2023 show in Vancouver for their "Still... At Their very Best" tour, or one I had seen a month prior King Krules 2023 Seattle show for his "Space Heavy" tour.
What would you bring to a staff potluck?
I'm not much a chef to be completely honest, and I have to admit I have an intense sweet tooth. I would probably bring some sort of sweet/chocolate pastry for dessert, maybe chocolate zucchini loaf or some cookies...
What have you been eyeing in the store?
I've caught myself staring at the TOAST Annie Denim trousers in ecru, a great high rise straight cut trouser. They remind me of a 1930s era Royal Army Navy/French sailor trouser which I've been searching endlessly it seems for a pair.

What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
I swear there was nothing like seeing Katy Perry's California Dreams Tour the summer of 2011. We may clown her now, but that show rocked my 16 year-old world.
What would you bring to a staff potluck?
My go-to would either be a loaf of Focaccia or a pan of marshmallow popcorn squares.

These Pantanetti loafers are a need, not a want.

I really recommend Kai Cheng Thom’s book, “I Hope We Choose Love.” It’s full of beautiful poems and essays she’s written.

I’ve been to too many good concerts, but my favourite is a smaller Canadian artist named Hayden.

To staff potlucks, I’m bringing the world’s best banana bread.

The item I’ve been eyeing the most is either the black BEAMS BOY engineer jacket or any of the Roberto Collina knitwear.

Watched or read anything recently that you’d recommend?
I recently read The Winter of Our Discontent by John Steinbeck and haven't been able to get it out of my mind since. It was his final novel, and it certainly feels like it. I also watched the Joseph Losey movie "Mr. Klein", starring Alain Delon, which is an ominous and moody film that builds to a really shocking ending. If you don't know what happens don't look it up beforehand!

I think either Skinny Puppy or Marc-Andre Hamelin.
What would you bring to a staff potluck?
I have this shrimp thing I make sometimes that people always seem to like, so I think probably the shrimp thing.
What have you been eyeing in the store?
I think a pair of Fracap boots for the fall, and maybe some BEAMS+ trousers to go along with them.

Watched or read anything recently that you’d recommend?
My favorite movie is Isle of Dogs by Wes Anderson. I love his animated movies. I like to watch it while my parents are out of the house so I can bark super loud at all the dogs. I especially like Duke and I have to agree with his favorite food choice being green tea ice cream…that’s my favorite too!
What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
I don’t know why but I’m not allowed into any concerts. So I stay home and listen to my Dad’s jazz records…he doesn’t know it but I’ve played every one of his collection of Ornette Coleman albums…my favorite is the infamous The Shape of Jazz to Come.
What would you bring to a staff potluck?
I make sure to bring my sniffer so I can sniff out bits of food that drop on the floor…I especially like it when employees secretly feed me…I usually have a stomach ache later but I don’t care.
What have you been eyeing in the store?
I love the new Northface slippers! They will keep my paws super warm and dry through the fall season! And I also love the new Toast bandanas!
