Shipping

Product is sourced from our retail stores across Canada and may need to be shipped to your chosen pickup location or consolidated prior to shipping to your home address.

Shipments require a signature upon delivery. Shippers may leave a Delivery Notice Card for multifamily dwellings (i.e. apartments and condominiums). We do not ship to international forwarding companies.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for oversized items or large volume orders. These will be communicated to the client prior to processing payment.

Canada

Costs for shipping within Canada are:

• $1 - $249.99 CAD = $12.00
• $250.00 CAD and over = Free Shipping!.

We can only ship to a P.O Box if it is your billing address or a PayPal confirmed shipping address.

United States

Please Note: Following the suspension of the U.S. de minimis rule, which previously allowed shipments under $800 USD to enter duty- and tariff-free, all orders placed on gravitypope.com and shipped from Canada to the U.S. may now incur additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and may result in processing delays at the border.

gravitypope has no control over these fees and is not responsible for amounts charged by the U.S. Government. As this situation continues to evolve, we remain committed to keeping you informed and supporting our U.S. customers through these changes.

Australia & New Zealand

Costs for shipping to Australia and New Zealand are $130 CAD.
