We will gladly exchange or issue in-store credit on unworn merchandise with a gift receipt, original tags and original box until January 17, 2024. No exchanges or returns on Boxing Day. No refunds. Wishing you peace and love this holiday season.
All items discounted 30% or more off the regular price are final sale.
All sale items with an additional discount are final sale.
All items purchased from the gravitypope online outlet are final sale.
Items purchased at gravitypope.com may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order or pickup notification. Items may be exchanged for another item or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. All swimwear, undergarments, socks, fragrances, candles, gift cards, and apothecary are final sale.
For online orders returned in store, please have your order number on hand. Lineups and wait times during peak periods may be experienced and it is recommended to come in on a weekday when store traffic is slower.
To activate a return or exchange via mail, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Shipping and duties are non-refundable. All return shipping charges are incurred by the client. Damaged and/or improperly packaged returns will be charged a restocking fee. Please allow 7 business days for your mailed return to be processed and a refund issued.
Returned product must be in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and in original box with all tags attached. For exchanges, please note brand, style name/number and size required.
Price Adjustment Policy
Provided the exact style and size is available in our current inventory, we will honor a one-time price adjustment on regular priced goods within 7 days of receiving your online order or your instore pickup notification. These price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.
We do not offer price adjustments on product that is marked down.

Price Match Policy
We will price match with other authorized Canadian online retailers if the exact same season, style, size, colour and material are in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made. The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price. The final checkout price, including shipping (if international-including taxes and duty), must be lower than the final gravitypope checkout price.
If these conditions are met, please send screenshot and product link to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
We offer a flexible return policy. We monitor returns made by customers and excessive returns are flagged and may be refused at our discretion.
